Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is a very POOR establishment run by minimum wage college kids who could give two craps about your customer service experience. Take your business elsewhere.

They're constantly "out" of ingredients (this has happened multiple times because they don't feel like making more), and they give you the smallest scoops of ANY Chipotle location I've ever seen.

This is the WORST Chipotle location, and I'll be sure to contact the manager and corporate.

The staff never smiles, and they give you the most terrible customer service. Not to mention, they try and nickle and dime the customers with upcharges that other locations would laugh at.

Let's talk about our girl, Gwen, too. Oh, boy, Gwen. I am SO SO sorry that you're so upset with whatever is going on in your life that you have to scowl at your customers and literally drive away loyal business. We will NEVER be back (and sadly we eat here about two to three times per week for the salads - $$$$ lost). You have zero class and you need lessons in customer service. That, or just don't work with people. Was it so much sweat off your back to make sure your location had the ingredients needed until close? I've been to other locations and when the fajitas run out (literally the easiest thing to make), they throw on a fresh batch. Not only that, she tried to sneak in upcharges to the cashier without me hearing, and laughed it up with her little minimum wage posse when we left. This is classic low-character behavior and it's just sad she is what the next generation is coming to. So so so so sad.

Oh, and just to be even worse, they purposefully targeted my niece too, and gave her the tiniest tangerine with her kids meal. To target a kid is pretty low, picture for reference. It's less than one inch in diameter.
