Overall

DISGUSTING!!

Today I went to Swedish royal bakery because their cookies look attractive. I'm going to buy a whole bunch of them and I ask for a try for one little piece of cookie.

OMG! It's so disgusting!!! It's not fresh, not crispy and what is an outrage is the bad service of the man (the owner called John). How can I buy a cookie like that?

So he cheats me. He didn't told customer that either I cannot try the cookie or I have to pay 35 cents for it. How can he run a business with this bad service attitiude!? The reason behind is simple- they don't have customers and is angry that I didn't buy the cookies so he turns into anger and asks me for 35 cents for trying a cookie.

The man has poor service attitude, the shop sells bad cookies and is expensive. Not recommended for anyone.
