MY REVIEW: DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU'RE 80 YEARS OLD AND JUST CAME OUT THE HOUSE TO GET SOME EXCERSIZE WALKING AROUND.
Originally from Northern Indiana, I normally prefer Walmart over Meijer, but this Walmart is horrible.
I wish I could put a BIG FAT ZERO instead of one star. To reiterate the previous comments, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. While I don't share the racial frustration, I don't believe this store will continue to be in business, unless some serious changes are made and especially while there's a Meijer less than a mile away! I tried calling 3 times and somehow the first time ended up on the phone with a customer in a dressing room or looking for dressing room or something? The second and third times, no one from the department I wanted ever came to the phone. And what kind of idiot do you have to be to close the self-checkout lanes before midnight and only keep 3 cashiers in a store this size? Who wants to stand in line for 15-20 minutes to buy deoderant, toothpaste and a data cord? And they're not even 24 hours! I came by about 1 am two weeks ago (before the holidays) and they were closed! As I made my way to checkout and the realization that each lane with a live cashier was backed up clear to the beginning of the clothing departments and the like, I dumped my items on the nearest shelf, advised the closest cashier to tell management to get a clue and walked out. Bottom line Walmart : you just lost a loyal customer twice; because I was also in the process of ordering from you online in case the item wasn't in the store.

This place is so awful! The customer service is a complete JOKE! The employees are racist(speaking from experience in dealing with some of these employees) and are NOT afraid to show their racism when they are cornered in their wrong doing. They are liars and will tell you one thing over the phone and the total opposite when you get to the store and get face to face. I wanted to return a product I didn't have a receipt for
(due to it being something my husband bought me from there but was the wrong type).I called ahead of time (don't have the gas to be wasting a 30 minute trip for nothing on).I explained the situation as CLEARLY and SLOWLY as I could and made sure they knew I did not have a receipt for it. They said it was "perfectly fine" and to go ahead and bring it up and they would exchange it. I took it up there and after finding out there were no more of this item in stock,I was O.K.ed to get a more expensive model and just pay the difference in price.In other words I would be getting my money back for said item and then pretty much just buying the other item after my money was given back. This was o.k.ed by 4 managers. Well apparently one idiot didn't get the memo and decided that I was a liar,and just trying to get another item for more money for the price that was spent on the item I wanted to exchange. Then this racist idiot decided to ask 4 other managers (how many managers work here at one time!!!???!) that were not aware of the situation and they all agreed with her that it was to be with the same item and nothing else. I proceeded to tell them that I wanted to pay the difference.AGAIN in other words (explaining this to dumb people) that I wanted to PAY THE DIFFERENCE,get my money back for the wrong item and then just buy the other one if that made things easier on them. Apparently Pea sized brains cannot comprehend this.They acted like total idiots. not to mention 85% of the staff (every time I've been to this store) is either off in their own little wonderland,daydreaming,playing around with other employees instead of helping customers,rude just because they are having a bad day or are just hateful by nature,and completely IGNORE the customers altogether. Then they want to act like victims when a customer gets mean and nasty with them after how they were just treated. This walmart is the very definition of awful,its a joke and if there was one closer to me I would go to a different one instead of this one. If you get something don't plan on returning or exchanging it because they are liars and will tell you one thing and then turn around and tell you something else! THEY SUCK and THIS PLACE SUCKS!

Walmart usually has everything! And other than long lines, a person can't beat the prices anywhere else!

This walmart is really run down and it doesn't seem to value its customers. I really would go else where if possible. Also remember everything there is made in China.
