Guy and Dan came out at the appointed time and fixed my refrigerator that was driving us nuts with the fan noise in the back. They quickly identified the problem and got it fixed. Wasn't necessarily inexpensive by any stretch in my opinion but the noise disappeared.

I called for a service appointment on a public holiday. I had a very polite and friendly encounter with the service rep within an hour and a half. My issue was solved in a short period of time and I will call B & Z service the next time I am in need.

Showed up on time and repaired my refrigerator, beat three other quotes I obtained over the Internet. Definitely recommend.
