This is my second time going through Heritage Optical on Livernois and 7 mile. I lost my first pair of glasses which is the reason for the second visit. Each time the staff was professional, curtious and walked me thru the process. The doctor did a double check during the exam. The clerk made sure to tell me ways to save the most amount of money while getting the best frames and contacts. From start to finish I was in for about an hour. No more then any other doctor appointment I have ever had. Kim was a great rep. I am excited to see my new frames and the contact selection she helpped me to select.

THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND KIND, VERY HELPFUL I FULLY RECOMEND THEM. MY GLASSES AND EYES HAVE NEVER LOOKED SO GOOD!

Poorly managed site on Livernois at 7 Mile. The frame I selected was discontinued and I was not notified. I will never purchase anything again or recommend Heritage Optical.
