I just visited your hotel from Wednesday October 8th through October 10th. Although the hotel was very clean and nice, the service people were very rude and did not give needed information. I was there to see my son graduate from MCRD on Friday. I booked my flight and room through SATO travel so I would have the "Free" shuttle service. When I arrived, the lady at the counter informed me that I did not have shuttle service because I did not have the correct SATO released room. She did not inform me that I could still sign up for the shuttle service and that I was on a space available. Thursday morning I went to the shuttle area and the driver "signed" me up for the shuttle for both days and a shuttle to the airport for me and my son. Friday I went to the shuttle area to go see the graduation and the driver was extremely rude and told me that he could not get us to the airport before 2:00pm because he had to bring the guests back from the graduation and went on about how he didn't care if we got there or not because he was just a "minimum wage" bus driver. Our flight left at 2:45 pm and I tried to explain to him that we had to get there in time to get Andrew checked in. Your driver got to the Marine base at 1:00 to make the first run (which we were signed up for) and the bus loaded without him even checking his sign up sheet. My son and I did not get a seat on the first shuttle. He again was very rude to all the guests and I decided not to expose my son to his verbal rudeness. We caught a airport shuttle at an addiotional charge and I will never stay at any Days Inn again. Very rude!!
