        Miguel's Cocina is a restaurant located in the courtyard of the historic El Cordova Hotel. Founded in 1982, it offers a variety of Mexican dishes in a patio setting. The restaurant offers a range of appetizers that includes quesadillas, nachos, flautas and Mexican-style shrimp cocktail. It also offers a variety of entrees that includes carne asada, jalapeno shrimp, shrimp fajitas and jumbo shrimp enchiladas.
